Autogyro is a hybrid of an airplane and a helicopter (also called a gyrocopter, gyroplane, helicopter, autogyro). The first sample of gyroplane was invented in the beginning of the XX century, but since then the gyroplane has undergone many improvements, and today it is the most reliable and safe aircraft with modern equipment. In the air, it is held by a supporting screw (similar to a helicopter), but the screw is not connected to the engine and constantly rotates due to autorotation, which provides lift in any conditions.
The movement of the gyroplane in the horizontal plane occurs using a propeller (like an airplane). Autogyror can land even with the engine off. To take off the autogyro requires a minimum takeoff, and to land it is capable of virtually no mileage. Therefore, it is permissible to use the gyroplanes AutoGyro outside the aerodrome, which significantly increases the availability of these unique aircraft and significantly reduces the cost of ownership of the gyroplane.
